Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey completed on March 10, 2022, DON Services, Inc was found to have corrected the deficiency previously cited under the requirements of 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was a result of an on-site State re-licensure survey completed on November 8, 2021.
